In order to prevent damage, Rich & Thirsty crystal glasses should be handwashed individually using warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and gently dry with a lint-free cloth. 

Take extra care when washing and drying the rim of the bowl and stem of each glass. These are the most fragile parts of your stemmed glassware. 

If you choose to air dry your glasses, dry each glass on its side in a safe place on an absorbent towel. 

Exposure to high temperatures from a dishwasher can result in cloudy, scratched, or cracked glassware, so hand washing is always recommended for long-lasting, sparkling crystal.  

For the deepest clean or to remove hard water stains, fill the sink or a large bowl with room temperature water. Add two cups of white vinegar and a few squirts of mild dish soap. Place the crystal in the water and soak the stemware for a few minutes. Using a microfiber cloth, wipe the stemware gently. Rinse them with water and dry them immediately to avoid spotting.
